Masukkan honeydew + susu cair + susu pekat ke dalam blender. Blend kan. Didihkan air di dalam periuk yang berasingan. Lepas tu, masukkan sego pearls. Kacau sebentar dan kalau manik tu dah nampak mcm transparent, angkat dan tapiskan. <span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #38761d;">3 Masukkan air supaya tidak terlalu pekat. Kepekatan sos dan banyaknya air perlu di adjust sendiri sebab bergantung kepada kepekatan sos lada hitam.</span><br />

Panaskan sehingga jadi warna perang. Kemudian tambah 2 sudu besar air lagi. Tutup api. Tuangkan semasa masih panas-panas ke dalam loyang. <br />
